Stayed here for 2 nights in Oct. 2023. While the front desk staff was great, everything else here was just dismal and gross. Distressed/paper thin bed sheets, dirty bathroom with cracked fixtures, sweat stained pillows, smelly fridge caked with ice, questionable hot breakfast and undoubtedly the WORST coffee I've ever had(did NOT taste like coffee), food left in the stairwell for over 36hrs, lastly...it was a bit loud. Very disappointing, will not be booking through Hampton again.

They never inform you of a parking fee when you book the room or when you check in. They just place the charge on you card after the fact. Shadiest business practice I’ve ever encountered at a Hampton.

It gets a 2 star rating because of the bs fee for parking. It does not show up when booking. After I called them they agreed to remove it. Parking is an open parking lot. I'm sure the owners are counting on most people not bothering to complain about the fee. If the owners feel this is justified why isn't it prominently posted on the site instead of hiding it. This policy reflects poor integrity and is disrespectful to the customer. Great location, rooms are clean, employees are friendly. Low rating on the room because both doors in our room plus the outside door to the building did not close properly. Also, there appears to be little to no insulation in the ceilings/floors because running water and flushing toilets from the room above loud.

Very nice hotel located near by Target, restaurants and loveland visitor center. Room are very nice and good breakfast. The front desk guy who work at pm shift are nice and friendly.

This was your average, lovely Hampton Inn. Front desk was pleasant, bed was comfortable, room was clean (dated but clean), water pressure was amazing, and breakfast was a welcomed break (real eggs) from all the other Hampton Inns.

The hotel is in need of some updating. Also, we were not told that there would be a $6 per day parking fee. Breakfast was supposed to be grab and go, but it wasn't very clear which items were grab and go and which were for purchase.
